Chris: Ice Station Z– an ambitious game with a wonderfully bleak setting. Multiplayer fun to be had!
Colin: Azkend 2: The World Beneath – A basic puzzle game, which such a creative skin it’s hard to ignore.
Chris: Fire Emblem Fates – mesmerising tactical RPG which proved worth the wait.
Colin: Ninja Senki DX – Fast and furious, just how a platformer should be,
Chris: Pokémon Moon/Sun– the best Pokemon Game since Gold/Silver. Tons of accessible fun with a host of colourful characters in a beautifully crafted world.
Colin: Grand Kingdom – A tactical RPG with a great story and fantastic gameplay.
Honourable Mention to something not on a Handheld

Pokémon Go: No release has matched this. Just for a moment, it was lovely to see the entire world playing handheld games. Flawed but an amazing social experience.
